1. Service-Based Policy
  • Since our services involve time, effort, and resources, refunds are generally not provided once the work has started.

  • For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO, ads management, maintenance), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
  • The service has not yet been initiated.

  • A duplicate payment was accidentally made.

  • A serious technical or service error occurs from our side that prevents us from delivering.

3. Non-Refundable Services
  • Completed projects (website design, development, campaigns, etc.).

  • Paid advertising spends (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) made on behalf of clients.

  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain names, hosting, plugins, or tools).

4. Cancellation Process

  • Approved cancellations will be confirmed by our team within 48 hours.
